Default Dongles leg/bicep workout

Squats)2 sets 10 reps,1 set 6-8 reps
leg press)1set 15 reps,1set10 reps,1set 6-8 reps
leg extensions)2sets 10 reps,1set 8-10 reps
prone leg curls)1set 15 reps,1set 12 reps,1set 6-8 reps
barbell calf raises)1set 20 reps,1set 12 reps,1set8-10reps
standing alt dumbell curls)1set 15 reps,2set 10 reps
standing hammer curls)1set 15 reps,1set 10reps,1set 6-8 reps
21's)2sets.
standing cable curls)2sets to failure

I really enjoy this workout and im pretty sure it hits the muscles from all sides .

Too many sets for biceps Dongle lad, i'd cut it down to 6 working sets maximum.
