Default Plateaus - YOUR opinions?

Some say to change your set and rep range, others say change the exercises, some say have a week off, many say any combination of that lot and some say to just hammeer on through and you'll break it.

What does everyone think about this?

Discuss...

i'd up the protein, carbs and calories your body can only grow so far on what you are on then it needs more to increase further, try changeing exercises to and hit the muscles from different angles.... but sometimes its just a matter of waiting it out
