Default Common mistake - bicep overtraining!

Very small muscle easily overtrained. Only the 4 sets for me after back.

I know peaople who do 12+ work sets for biceps! No wonder they have small arms!

...yup, abs are like any other muscle...they need to be worked but also rested...they are actually the most overtrained muscle...i know peeps who do abs 3-5 times a week!...twice a week is enough...the problem is that people think that working their abs will make them more visible...strong abs are extremently important, but the only way to really see them is cut the fat over them...

I'm an ab trainer who trains them 4 times a week and personally I do overtrain them. This is for a reson. IIt helps keep the mass down on them, I found If I train them like any other muscle group they grow, ALOT

I do at least 12 sets for my bis now, I always did 6-8 sets max and they never grew now they are growing well with high volume.
I only train abs when getting ready for a show as I believe you hit abs enough doing every other bodypart.
