IIt helps keep the mass down on them, I found If I train them like any other muscle group they grow, ALOT J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

| Making Progress Join Date: Dec 2005 Posts: 142 Rep Power: ![]() | I do at least 12 sets for my bis now, I always did 6-8 sets max and they never grew now they are growing well with high volume. I only train abs when getting ready for a show as I believe you hit abs enough doing every other bodypart. |
