| Making Progress Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: TUNBRIDGE WELLS Posts: 182 Rep Power: ![]() | I am thinking of changing my training as i work every body part once a week i am seriously considering 1 week of high reps low weight, and one week of heavy weight low reps .that way i might get the best of both worlds, Any comments or suggestions are very welcome :? |

I also supersetted almost all of my training. Help keep strength too, while adding some decent cuts J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

| Making Progress | yep another good point by fat boy, something my training partner and i are currently planning after christmas. We have been doing mainly 1 rep max's in all core exercises lately, so come the new year we will be toning it down a little, and going light for a while before trying another major bulking session to take me through summer. |
