Personally I prefer this method. My split is over 8 days morning cardio/Chest/short Bi's Leg's/abs off upper back/rear delts/traps off morning cardio/Arms/abs Shoulders/deadlifts off |

Try training one big muscle and one small muscle or even include an extra day and train legs on their own. Whatever works best for you. Training only 2 muscles per session will give you more time and energy for a little bit more cardio. |

(Anyone who can train each bodypart twice per week is not training hard enough). Cardio 20 mins after each workout is fine however i see better results doing around 1hour - 2 hours of cycling or walking 3 times per week at a fairly fast pace, this tends to burn off more fat than carbs. ______________________ If ur gonna be a bear be a GRIZZLY! |
