Default Excellent Website

This is a truely excellent website for demonstrating exercises, training etc.

Basically im only half way through the site ive spent about 15mins on there so far, the navigation sucks but if u can slowly figure it out it becomes more clear and is very informative.

Especially as to breaking up the body parts and showing you what exercise targets exactly what muscle.
Very good for beginners.

You do need to give the site a chance before making your mind up on it.
i give it 8/10 only because the nagivation is crap

http://www.exrx.net

i posted about 5 mins ago what shoulder exercises should i dobut tbh, i didnt really understand the shoulder muscle to clearly, now this site has given me suggestions on how to exactly target my 4 shoulder muscles and with which exercises i should use.

For example

Shoulders are made up of the

Anterior Deltoid, Lateral Deltoid, Supraspinatus & Posterior Deltoid this site gives you about 5 exercises per muscle group to choose from

Heres their workout menu

http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMen...#anchor1681625

go to 4 day split then u can choose each muscle u like with diagrams etc

www.abcbodybuilding.com is good also under the exercises-slide show exercises tab at the top. Literally hundreds of exercises in slide show format.
