| Making Progress | My workout is excellent at the minute i ache for 2/3 days straight every time a train a muscle i love it. But i dont feel im training shoulders good enough, all im doing at the minute is Military Press and seated shoulder press with the machine. But i want to include at least another 2 exercises what you guys suggest, also you guys who think you have good shoulders :P whats your current shoulder routine. |
