Same as stu said, seated dumbel press, rarther than on the smith machine. Also lat raises!

What I usually do is use a pre-exhaustion method whereby at the beginning of my workout I will perform seated or standing laterals then follow a normal shoulder routine ie lateral raises, some sort of pressing movement and then rear delts.
