Default TUT

I'd be interested to know if anyone is incorporating TUT into their workouts? I will be starting to use it from tomorrow on the following grounds:

1) Improved hypertrophy
2) Same muscle stimulus attained via less weight (i.e. easier on the joints).
3) Slowed down motion should strengthen more supporting muscles and make injury less likely.

You really should post explaining abbreviations that way newbies can look up what you posted without feeling inferior for not knowing the lingo. May also be helpful to post where you read about it.

In all honesty I had no idea what TUT was but after skim reading the article I fully already understood the principles and had previously incorporated them

Its a forum to help people not a test your research. Just a thought

TUT is good in theory and i believe some aspects are true, some of it is a bit far fetched though. I like play around with tempo in some of my WOs some times i will use 2-1-1 or 1-1-2 and its a nice change of pace. I just wouldnt get hung up on it too much though.

haha very true. I've got far too bored of bodybuilding to be arsed doing research these days. I love training and I really dont mind the diet and the lifestyle but as far as sitting down and reading for hours on end I just cant be bothered thats what my degree is for.
