I will be starting to use it from tomorrow on the following grounds: 1) Improved hypertrophy 2) Same muscle stimulus attained via less weight (i.e. easier on the joints). 3) Slowed down motion should strengthen more supporting muscles and make injury less likely. |

May also be helpful to post where you read about it. In all honesty I had no idea what TUT was but after skim reading the article I fully already understood the principles and had previously incorporated them Its a forum to help people not a test your research. Just a thought |

| TUT is good in theory and i believe some aspects are true, some of it is a bit far fetched though. I like play around with tempo in some of my WOs some times i will use 2-1-1 or 1-1-2 and its a nice change of pace. I just wouldnt get hung up on it too much though. | |
