| Illuminati | kinda meant that if youve got thin wrists and ankles(say 7") that you your unlikely to be able to grow calves the size of someone with a 8" ankle as a base-john mccallums formulae(promoted in super squats)was based on wrist measurements-for a 5`9"man at 190lbs(solid,but not ripped-say 12%) a 7" wrist will produce a chest of 45.5",hips of 38.7",waist of 31.9",thigh of 24.1",neck of 16.8",upper arm of 16.4",calf of 15.5" and a fore arm of 13.2"- awrist measurement under 7" will produce smaller guide girths and a measurement above 7" will produce a larger set.i will write the formulae if any one is interested. |

| Banned Making Progress | ye i know all that lol, the point i was makeing is for a tall guys arm to be as big as a shorter guys arm it would have to have a greater girth measurement. hell a guy of 6'6 would prob have a 17inch arm with no training. your on about a calculation used to predict how big your arm will grow based on bone size which doesnt work anyway. if a guy is 5'5" it doesnt matter if his wrist is 6 7 or 8 inches his upper arm still looks the same size compared to another guy the same height. |
