my worst bodypart(along with my calves)14" cold-my forearms are also 14"-no fat whatsoever on my tri`s

19" cold but im a fat b****** but who cares, i aint parading on a stage in y fronts for nobody! im healthy and happy and big, ,thats what counts to me, everyone is different, everyone wants different things. 8)

Sorry mate, but the duke is heavier and less bhp than the R1. Plus, it aint the bike you gotta beat...its the rider! Still wouldn't stop me getting one one day though cos they are sex on 2 wheels!!!

kev some of the strongest guys in the world are fat bastards low bodyfat isnt a prerequisit for building muscle. i dont give a toss about mine and ye makeing good gains bubba.

that high a bf level doesnt help anyone mate he would have done much better in the comps if had dropped weight, mind it did give him somewhere to rest the atlas stones lol.
