Target Physique.

Whats everyone's target physique or current target? Do you have 1? Does it constantly Shift?

I want to be 15 stone around 8% bodyfat eventually

At the moment hovering around the 12 10 mark around 10% bf at 5 foot 7.5

yep I just noticed that thread. Was just trying to put some credible threads back on the board after the recent fiasco's with ultimate fighter and a fwe others
