Legs, Shoulders, Upper back and traps are 3 of my workouts. They tend to be between 16 and 24 usually around the 20 - 22 mark. Chest is usually around 16 - 20 Arms is 24 Lower back is 6 deads then around 10 - 12 other sets. To me this looks like serious overtraining on that basis but then arms day for example 3 bi and 3 tri exercises takes around 40 - 45 mins and I'm far off being in pain the next day. |
