I have heard of pepple using speed to get a better work out at the gym?
Any 1 done this?
Would you recamend it?

NO! I wouldn't as its only gonna want to catabolise muscle. anphetamines are not a good workout drug. Sure they will give you the illusion of energy but thats all it is, an illusion!

takeing speed before a workout does make you work harder and you get a few extra reps but the down sides out way the positives 100 times, u cant sleep and have no appetite so you lose muscle hand over fist plus it can be addictive.

I'll 2nd that mate I tried it a few years ago, it ****ed me up big time, no sleep, couldn't eat anything.
