| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | i have just introduced the press and flye to my chest routine while taking out the bench press only for a month.has anyone used the press and flye and found it to be good i got a real burn out of it was woundering what every one else thought of it. |

I have been doing this for 5 weeks now as sometimes my tricep gets tired when using barbell.
