Default my routine

what do ppl think of this....i can train legs due to leg injury and whole calve anke is in bandage...going to be in this stae for 1 month..wot do ppl think of this in meanwhile: (all are 3 sets of 8)

Monday - Chest, Tricep, Shoulders
Flat Bench
Incline bench Press
Military Press
Arnold Press
Tricep Pushdown
Close grip Bench

Tues - Back, Biceps
Bent Over Rows
Lat Pulldown
Row Deltoid Machine
Shrugs
Cable Curl
Barbell Curl

Thursday and Saturday - Full body routine, 1 exercise each body part (not legs) 3 sets
