I can get away with 6 hours sleep if it is good quality, but Im knackered if I get 8 hours and its constantly interupted. As a target I try to get 8hrs, though in the week that isnt usually possible. What is interesting though, is that when I was only getting 6 hours a week, my gains on cycle were MUCH less than when I had 8+ hours. |
