It varies on the quality of the sleep for me. I can get away with 6 hours sleep if it is good quality, but Im knackered if I get 8 hours and its constantly interupted.

As a target I try to get 8hrs, though in the week that isnt usually possible. What is interesting though, is that when I was only getting 6 hours a week, my gains on cycle were MUCH less than when I had 8+ hours.

6-8 hours durin week catch up on the weekends

6-9 hours during the week and about 9-11 hours on sat and sun

9hrs I'd say on average

i tend to get around 4 hours a njght but i also nap for a couple hours durin the day

8 - 10 Hours for me every night half the secret to me making big gains i think, and being a lazy bastard and hardly moving besides going to the gym

5 nights a weeks a good 8 hours and the rest about 5 or 6 maybe less due to ****s setting cars on fire usually

I get 7-8 hours sleep a night when I get more I defently feel the difference in the gym 9-10 the best if you can get it.
