it shouldn't be to hard to add mass to your chest because you have quite a narrow frame, you need to eat to grow, what are your diet and chest routine like?

Bump on what Stu said. You look like you've got a fast metabolism so you'll need to pack down a lot of calories if you're not already doing so.

On a chest day:
Start with Incline Bench Press.
1. Very Light Warm up set
2. Heavier Warm up set
3. 6 reps of 10 KG each side (bar = 20KG)
(I have had a break of about 2 months and have seen a decrease mainly for incline bench press)

- I have stopped doin flat bench because i am wanting to concentrate on adding mass mainly to upper chest area.
When I did do it I was on 60KG -

Incline Bench
Do more or less same thing as bench press but with dumbells.
I use 18KG dumbells (without a spot)

Chest Flyes
1. Warm up set
2. 10 reps of 10KG dumbells x 3

Machine (forgot what its called)
You sit and there are two handles in front of you. You push out, control it back down, and then push again etc.
1. Warm up set
2. 6-8 reps with 20KG on each side x 3

I think that I am definetly not getting in enough protein so am going to go out and get protein shakes. Any recommends are appreciated.

So what exercises am i missing?

hi to gain mass you need to be doing heavy lifting (as much weight as you can handle) go to failure every set and include drop sets and increase callorie intake oh last but not least DONT OVERTRAIN

Jay Cutler?

focus much more on proper form than weight. You will see much better gains.

Stick to the basics Pressing movement followed by flies, dips etc. Don't neglect triceps as these are complementary muscles needed to train the chest well and also shoulders are. Utilise incline flat and decline to make sure you hit all portions of the chest.
