| Making Progress Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: somerset Posts: 436 Rep Power: ![]() | Anyone any opinions on the best rear delt exercisse?, also is there a compound exercisse that concentrates largly on the rear delt? i think not but i hope im wrong. At the mo i have or do reverse flyes, standing bent forward lateral raises, sat down bent over lat raises are my main rear delt exercisses and i think upright rows work the rear delts a bit alongside the traps and front delts but i dont do them as im not sure if this is correct. |
