Mate I know It's hard to accept overtraining and that more work doesn't yield more results as human nature tells us it should but seriously Nick 500 has about the best guess as to what the gym owner would have been implying. This routine is nothing short of ridiculous (seriously no offence)

None taken, just got me a diary, might miss the rest of the week and start fresh on Monday with Garrilla's routine.

Would anyone ever use a routine like this??? There are some pretty big blokes there, im sure a couple of them have a similar routine.

deadlift,squat,chins,bench and military press-twice a week max-add a tiny amount of weight each workout-why would you not grow?
