| Making Progress | Because he saw somone who knew nothing and took advantage of them. Like most sales people who think about money and money only. I agree with everyone, I used to be in the gym for 4 hours 3 times a week, gained nothing. I cut it down and the magic started to happen. (1 hour 4 times a week) Goodluck. |

Well, my gym membership is up in 4 days, thats my 3 months done, for the next month at least i will use the routine you have suggested and take a weekly photo, i hope it works, bit unsure about leaving out so much. will some parts of me suffer much by changing over my routine? When would you use a routine like mine? |

Perhaps i'm wrong, but nobody who knows what they are talking about would recommend 52 sets (week 1 monday) on a workout !! madness! I think i do about 20 sets total, including warmups and warmdowns for 2 bodyparts, over about 1 - 1hr 15mins sessions. (and i'm probably overtraining slightly) Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

Listen to the advice your getting here fella, its all on the level. I do 12 sets for large body parts and 9 sets for small ones. workouts last about 50mins. You would need to eat a million cals a day to have even a chance of growing on that routine!! Muscle building workouts are short, sharp shocks for your body. It needs to be told very quickly that its not strong enough. Your interested in quickly draining the muscle, not grinding it down over hundreds of sets. Fierce. |

Use an overhand grip on the bar, lock your elbows to your side and push down. The only part o your body that should move is your forearms. I love this exercise and its worked for me! Fierce |
