Default elbow pain

woke up a couple of weeks ago with tightness around the elbow, being bright decided 2 train through it, being even brighter went on the punch bag for 5 mins at the end of my workout. only been able 2 train legs 4 a fortnight since, stoped my deca and prop cycle early and im well and truely pi**ed off! just had another atempt at a chest workout its not happening im afraid, anyone know of a decent physio in bristol?

I'd recommend you continue with your cycle to minimise any mass loss and possibly speed up healing related to your injury (deca can be good for joins/tendons).

In terms of a physio, I've seen one at the Bristol Uni Pulse gym where me/nick500 go, and she was pretty good - not sure if you can go as a non-member though.

been 2 physio today and he said what i was dreding REST! any suggestions on diet etc 2 minimise size loss, ill still be training my legs and abs a couple of times a week so should i carry on eating my usual diet or cut down a little?

IMO you should have asked for active recovery options - there should be exercises you can do to help recover faster - I wouldnt accept just 'rest' unless the injury was acute.

just stretching at the mo physio said any lifting was a sure way 2 getting an acute problem, not happy but think 4 once in my life going 2 listen caus the pains come from nowhere and it hurts like f**k!
