Can anyone recommend a good DVD on bodybuilding training?
Something that shows the exercises and the muscles they hit.

muscle and fitness dvds thewhole selection comes free if u subscribe to flex....worth bout 60 quid n u get em free after u watch em flog em on ebay


very good dvds well explained both traning and nutrition

a guy is sellin copies of blood and guts and ronnie colemans unbelievable on ebay at the mo, comes to 5.60 altogether, i bought it, pictures not 100% but its still good, comes with case. Atleast he was yesterday, ,dont know if hes sold out yet.
