| Under Construction | Battle for the olympia 2004 is a good one too as you get more footage from more bodybuilders. Jay Cutler also has a "Ripped to shreds" and "New improved and beyond" also are good ______________________ Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but don't no one wanna be a bodybuilder. |

The DVD goes through a full weeks training showing each bodypart trained along with explanation on the muscles targeted and why certain exersises are used. If youre looking for something informative this maybe worth a look. ______________________ www.pronaturalmuscle.com |

I'd say the bodybuilder's dvd's are enjoyable but not very educational if that's what you're looking for. On the other hand if you're looking for something more motivational, i like Ronnie Coleman's "The Unbelievable" dvd |
