Battle for the olympia 2004 is a good one too as you get more footage from more bodybuilders. Jay Cutler also has a "Ripped to shreds" and "New improved and beyond" also are good

Rob hope & Vicky Mccann, Arm yourself.

The DVD goes through a full weeks training showing each bodypart trained along with explanation on the muscles targeted and why certain exersises are used.

If youre looking for something informative this maybe worth a look.

I would recommend the muscle and fitness dvds - they show you how to do the exercises with good form.

I'd say the bodybuilder's dvd's are enjoyable but not very educational if that's what you're looking for. On the other hand if you're looking for something more motivational, i like Ronnie Coleman's "The Unbelievable" dvd
