| Illuminati | its taken me 4 ish years to get my back to be able to cope with squats and deads-(at any weight)they are essential for growth-stick to compound exercises - dont worry about hitting the muscles from all angles-just make sure your adding a little extra weight to the bar each week-isolation exercises are a waste of time ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman don't train the same way. I like the principles of the book however its principally aimed at people who don't use drugs of which I can't realistically include myself I find magazines Flex and muscle and Fitness to be interesting to read every month although the amount of advertising can become a little repetitive. I find reading whole books to become somewhat tedious because most repeat large section of the others. A bizarre choice I have found recently quite motivational was Making the game. A WWF wrestlers supposesed guide to training. Whilst I used to follow the sport as a kid (I find alot of my bodybuilder friends did - It was basically admiring guys for their strength and physique) I don't anymore although I still think the guy is tremendously impressive. Whilst the training advice was minimal, basic and crap thier was a section on his recovery from a quadricep tear which motivationally was awesome. TT TT |
