Monday Chest, Abs Tuesday Back Wednesday Legs Thursday Biceps, Triceps Friday Shoulders. Used to do four days but decided to train Biceps and triceps on another day. This way i can really work them hard. ______________________ Done it before, stopped, started again, wish I never stopped. |

If you did something like: Day 1 Chest/Triceps Day 2 Legs/Shoulders Day 3 Back/Biceps Your biceps wont really be tired from working your back, so you can still train them hard. Peace |
