yeah, i'm definitely much stronger on the bench.... no way i could do 70kg dumbells

Yeah thats true, the bar isnt that big so its probably an extra 6 kgs or so

so we will say 26kgs, even so i really find i sturggle alot with these, it must be the stabilizer muscles cus i wobble so much

The stabilizers are used far more DB pressing this is odd

Ive never done free weights chest presses before, always used machines until a couple of weeks ago so its probably just getting used to it

Internal/external rotation of the shoulder is only really possible on DB press, due to the fact that to do it on BB press you'd have to bend the bar to do so. That's why the Rotator Cuff comes into play a lot more on DBs.

Because the ROM is different and unrestricted so in order to get the correct form and movement far more stabilizing muscles come into play as a pose to the barbell movement which is restrictive being that the arms are locked comparitively to one another.
Its pretty obvious it requires much more balance when holding two equal weights in either hand as when holding a single weight in both.

Default D/B press

D/Bs are more versitile, A good tip is to have the bench on a very slight incline even just a block under the end of the bench.

If you are dieting try supersetting flat DB press with flys you dont need loads of weight >KILLER<

You can also pre exaust with D/B flys then do your D/B press again you dont need as much weight on the press for them to be efective.
