That's why the Rotator Cuff comes into play a lot more on DBs. |

Its pretty obvious it requires much more balance when holding two equal weights in either hand as when holding a single weight in both. |

| Legend | D/Bs are more versitile, A good tip is to have the bench on a very slight incline even just a block under the end of the bench. If you are dieting try supersetting flat DB press with flys you dont need loads of weight >KILLER< You can also pre exaust with D/B flys then do your D/B press again you dont need as much weight on the press for them to be efective. >which can be a god send cos D/Bs can be a bitch to get up when you go heavy < :idea: |
