| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Kettering Posts: 74 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi all I have seen conflicting views on whether when doing deadlifts you should let the weight rest on the floor at the end of each rep, or just get close to the floor and then lift straight back up.
