Default Deadlifts

Hi all

I have seen conflicting views on whether when doing deadlifts you should let the weight rest on the floor at the end of each rep, or just get close to the floor and then lift straight back up.

I would welcome everyones views on this

definately put the weight down mate

its a deadlift so you should be lifting a dead weight each time from the ground if that makes sense

if i stopped just before the ground i think it would kill me

I drop it off the floor and get a bounce off it which is kinda cheating but helps get some extra reps out

IMHO thats a good way to get hurt...just touch the ground and do the rep and get stronger...
