| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | I once did a tri-set for my biceps that had them on fire! Start with ez barbell curls with a weight you can manage 10-12 reps at a push. Then straight onto seated alternative dumbell curls again with a weight you could normally do 10-12 reps with before finishing with standing hammer curls same again aim for 10-12 reps. No rest between exercises and then a minute rest between sets before you go again. Aim for 3 sets and see how that feels! |
