Yeah, i used to be the shortest lad in school, my mum reckon'd i would grow if i made and ate a large pancake using 5-6 eggs every night for supper, i did that for 3 years, i sat on the couch for 5 mins whipping it up every night, (whipping not Wan**ng) same arm is now bigger!!
Cheers for the advice, i do dips tomorrow! |

dont worry 2 much my right arm is slightly bigger than my left (no speculation on the cause of this please) i try and do a couple of exercises that are one handed using cables and dumbells and no matter how much it hurts i make sure i get the same reps with my left and its balencing out now, i agree with the dips i sometimes do them 2 finish my chest on paralell bars but 4 my arm day i use 2 benchs and put a weight on my thighs i find it isolates my triceps where the bar hits me a lot on the chest as well.

heh, same for me my left bicep is bigger and stronger than my right bicep even though im right handed.
Its always good in an arm wrestle though as i say im right handed and they wonder why they get beat so easily with my Left. Reason for this was due to 1 handed curls and the rest variation in between sets, this was from when i first started weight training in my bedroom and still remains the same X amount of years on. |
