You can do as many sit ups as you like, 250,000 sit ups will only burn 1oz of fat from your midsection, just cut the carbs then you'll see the difference.

Its just im really struggling to get rid of the final layer of fat over my abs, I have heard it has alot to do with the diet. What would you suggest as a replacement?

Steer clear of the beer eat the right foods low in fat and carbs but high in protien, stay off the bread it holds water.

IM after a 6 pack, i was reccomended by someone to, rather then cut the calories and carbs to increase them.

Bulk yourself up first, train hard and work those abs and then do the fat burning.
If you do it while "skinny" you will just look thin especialy if your ribs are visable.

You have to strip the fat before you can get the 6 pack.

yeah but if you strip it while you havent got a great 6 pack, then your ribs might be visible.

What im saying is, you know your 6 pack is under there, just keep training it and lifting heavy as normal. Then burn the fat afterwards so when your 6 pack is visible, its a bloody good one!
