abs are trained 2 or 3 days a week on days when i can be ar*ed, my weak body parts are defintivley my biceps and hamstrings used 2 train chest and biceps on the same day and back and triceps together, started training arms on their own 2 months ago and have had improvement but would like 2 bring them on some more, hamstrings have started 2 come along very nicely think that was the addition of deadlifts 2 my training.
any advice/criticism welcome as long its about my training and not regarding my spelling!
cheers

i only work 7 days and 7 nights in every 6 weeks which helps because it gives me loads of time for rest and recovery.
