| Legend Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: USA Posts: 818 Rep Power: ![]() | start eating! I would start at lifting 3 times per week and increase your clean calorie intake, try to limit your cardio to 1-2x per week max and above all rest enough and no matter what dont get discouraged! |
