Default NEED HELP BADLY!!!!!

Hi there am new to this, i am unfit im just starting out so to speak, i just joined my local gym an a need a good routine to start with a would be gratefull if uz could help me out here.
im 19 yr old an i weigh 9 an half stone

A lot of people recommend Garrillas beginers routine , and with good reason . There is also an intermediate routine there aswell for when you progress .

I TRAIN 3 TIMES PER WEEK..I JUST CANT GET OVER HOW SMALL I AM. i want to be bigger u know like have 12 inch arms or something like that!

start eating! I would start at lifting 3 times per week and increase your clean calorie intake, try to limit your cardio to 1-2x per week max and above all rest enough and no matter what dont get discouraged!
