Default Imbalance in Lats, any good advice?

Hi guys,

I've really been caning it up with the chinups recently, I noticed the other day that my right lat is a bit bigger than my left one, nothing major but its noticeable if you're looking for it.

Do any of you guys have any tips on exercises and protocols to even it out?

cheers,
John

Give it a good stretch before you start, that should even it out.

Almost everyone has uneven bodyparts, no one is perfect. However if it bothers you you could try exercises with dumbells such as one-arm rows.

Chances are though that no one else notices it but you. Personally I feel my chest is uneven, but no one else seems to notice.
