Default Incline / Decline bench press

Recently lots of people have been reconmending people to do Incline BP, is there any worth in doing Decline BP?

Declines will help lower areas of you pecs and will also help develop front shoulders. You make find it helps your flat benching as well

Im slightly different as i use decline bench press to eliminate using my shoulders ,that way it is much more intense on my chest .

I agree with Fiba, inclines hurt my shoulders but declines eliminate them from the movement.

I do however like dumbell inclines for higher reps more than flies as they tend to irritate my shoulder injury too.
