Default What are 21's ?

Could anyone explain what 21's are i have seen people refer to them but not sure what they are.

Well i don't know if there are different types of 21's but the ones i have learnt are for Bi's

Barbell Bi Curls - 7 reps half up - 7 reps half down - 7 reps full movement.

I have also addapted the same sort of thing into squat 21's

i do something similar, partial reps, you divide the movement range into 3rds performing 7 or 8 reps of each 3rd before moveing on to the next. botom 3rd, middle 3rd, top 3rd.

We do whats called double impact, it's along the same lines as the 21's. A double ipmact is one half rep then a full rep, the full rep and half rep only count as 1. You burn like hell after.
