Default a challenge

john at the gym were i go set up a little challenge for the members at my gym,

thought i would share it with the mc members.

its best to do it on a day of its own or first part of a chest session.ideal for a warm up.

what is it?

dumbell pressing on a flat bench. with only 20 seconds maximum rest between sets.

you start with the 1 kg dumbells and do 1 rep,,,,then the 2kg for 2 reps,,,then the 3 kg for 3 reps,,,, and so on. with only 20 seconds rest only.(no cheating)

you may think 1kg 2kg dumbells puny weights, but it get harder as you get heavier weights. e.g 20kg for 20 reps

my first go

i got upto the 22.5kg dumbells for 9 reps,

its worth ago,if you try it post how you got on in here,

steve
