cardio/squats

cardio is just a drag, and when i stand next to these women who go in and can just run for like an hour im like wtf!!!

squats because they are just squats.

but not pain no gain i guess!

do not really have a worst exercise but definitely have favourite exercises, squats, bench press and deadlifts cause i know they are giving me serious size and stength gains

yeah those basic pushing movments are definitely number 1 for me, hurts like hell but you know the gains are worth it!

Squats no question as the exhaustion and dying feeling i get after each set is like no other exercise.

gotta be wide arm pull ups seems to be taking for ever to get to 4 sets of 10!!

1st set no probs
2nd 10th is a struggle then its down hill from there

3rd 8 if i really push myself but usually about 6
4th normally 4 or 5 with 6 being everything i've got!

do them at the start of the workout and i'm sure it's burning me out for the rest of my workout??
