| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Newcastle Posts: 36 Rep Power: ![]() | gotta be wide arm pull ups seems to be taking for ever to get to 4 sets of 10!! 1st set no probs 2nd 10th is a struggle then its down hill from there 3rd 8 if i really push myself but usually about 6 4th normally 4 or 5 with 6 being everything i've got! do them at the start of the workout and i'm sure it's burning me out for the rest of my workout?? |
