| Making Progress Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: Scotland Posts: 118 Rep Power: ![]() | Iv had 2 cortisone injections in my right shoulder and surprisingly enough pressing behind the neck is much less painfull than infront (i know this is rare though). For rear delts i find that using cables streched out infront of my face at eye level and then pulling out to the side and down to ass level works great . sort of a reverse cable crossover type thingy Fiba ______________________ If your gonna do something ,do it right |

| Banned Making Progress | press behind neck has been in my routine from my very first workout and i've never had a problem from them. i think it depends on the individual as to how prone to injuries from certain exercises you are. vinger... you did get i was jokeing right ? |

I agree with garry that it depends on the individual. gotta kno wen to listen to your body. |
