I just recently purchased a machine and I am really trying to develop a v shape. What is the best grip to use to do this? Basically what I mean is how should I hold the pulldown bar. I hope I made myself clear. ![]() |

Its all good ______________________ I see my body as an instrument, rather than an ornament. Mod @ www.hardcoremuscle.co.uk Mod @ www.hardgainer.co.uk email - bigdaddy@hardcoremuscle.co.uk |

The back is a collection of many muscles which all need to be developed and all the different angles and grips exhibit a differing stress to the different areas of the back, thus giving a complete development, thickness, width and the elusive V. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition!
