I have been weight training on/off for about a year, but only for the past month i made a membership with a gym and am currently working out 4 days per week. MY WORKOUT: DAY 1: Chest & Lats Day 2: Shoulders and Biceps Day 3: Triceps and Back Day 4: Legs (sometimes add another day FITNESS cardio) I workout an average of 90mins each day. I have been told if i want to gain weight and bulk up i should concentrate on higher weights consisting off between 6-8 reps. I have been trying this and it works well for me, what do you think? Also, I am currently stuck on 60KG benchpress, what would you advise me to do? I am extremely cutt up at the moment so want to just concentrate on BULKING UP. |

Your weights will go up just give it time, don't worry about what weight your pressing just keep the excercise strict with good form. Get plenty of sleep and EAT EAT and EAT more Good Luck and Welcome to the board ______________________ I see my body as an instrument, rather than an ornament.
