| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2005 Posts: 31 Rep Power: ![]() | bout 6-8 sets per body part spread by 2-3 excercises. reps from 6-8, keeping it real intense. you dont need to do so much, as long as its intense, done with good form using compound excercises, then thats it imo. |
