bout 6-8 sets per body part spread by 2-3 excercises. reps from 6-8, keeping it real intense.

you dont need to do so much, as long as its intense, done with good form using compound excercises, then thats it imo.

definitely deadlifts--i do partials-safer for my back-still does the job

does anyone hear have some one standing behind them when doing the real big pushes, just dawned me you could really feck yerself up; only started doing ma deadlifts 3 weeks ago. 4 normal sets then another set of big push.

just try doing one way for a few weeks and try another way for a few weeks ect thats the only way i found out what was gd for me personally. so many people have differnt ways.

for traps:
Deadlifts followed by 3 x 8 of upright rowing.

Also after deadlift i sometimes do leg curls for my hamstrings.
