actually i like to keep the same routine -i like knowing whats next-i only change things around as a rule to work around injuries.

The body has the capability to adapt and aclimatize to its workload easily. Keeping the same routine is counter productive.
I agree 20 rep squats are hard but that doesn't change the fact that the routines posted are vast undertarining. Congrats on you gains and my post wasn't really aimed at you in all honesty
