I dropped the weight down to 100kg as i wasnt too sure how i would get on, i done what i call proper squats (ass to the grass) and im at home now struggling to move (maybe not a good idea after all!!) Anyone tried this before? Im just not looking forward to the next couple of days as i can imagine my legs will be a little sore!! |

Done the russian squat routine a few times tho which includes a 6x6 session with around 80% of your best squat. Really hard routine but wicked gains. Whats your best squat? (single) |

Try changing your foot placements too, close together hits the quads more and further apart tends to hit the glute and hams more. I've tried the 10x10 but would only use it maybe once every two months or so, both these methods work well with bench too. |
