| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 12 Rep Power: ![]() | I have started weight training at a gym/fitness centre. A few years ago I bought a set of dumbells with these I got a workout schedule/guide/programme with diagrams of different types of workouts ie different weight lifting excercises. However I have lost this. Anyone know where I get a simliar workout programme (preferably with diagarms). THanks in advance guys |
