| Under Construction Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 19 Rep Power: ![]() | Has the idea of symetry gone out of BB? I see these guys at the gym with well developed upper bodies with nothing below. How can a serious BB have the same arm and leg measurements? I realize calf development is difficult but lack of it is almost embarassing. |

(im not saying they get them) Others just arnt willing to work hard enough to train every bodypart. If your a serious bb then u kno wot u gotta do. Im an olympic lifter and calfs dont get used so i just dont use em, its all legs n back for me. Dont kno if u kno wot oly lifters look like but symetry is the last word you would use to describe us. ![]() |
