Default Symetry

Has the idea of symetry gone out of BB? I see these guys at the gym with well developed upper bodies with nothing below. How can a serious BB have the same arm and leg measurements? I realize calf development is difficult but lack of it is almost embarassing.

alot of guys and alot of different goals mate!

Some ppl just want big arms, simple as that. (im not saying they get them)

Others just arnt willing to work hard enough to train every bodypart.

If your a serious bb then u kno wot u gotta do.

Im an olympic lifter and calfs dont get used so i just dont use em, its all legs n back for me. Dont kno if u kno wot oly lifters look like but symetry is the last word you would use to describe us.

Exactly the same with me steve, My stick-insect, girly legs just do not increase in size (well not that much) no matter how hard I push them. I increase in strength though. I guess max squats would be about 150kg for 10 good reps, dunno haven't done them in years. I can only do 25kg shoulder presses for 8/10 reps maybe but people reckon my deltoids and traps look good, Don't figure :?

I push legs more than anything else. Try drop set on the quads and you will know all about it.
