Default Bad times

i'm having a bad time of it this week

did my last of the cycle on monday and started a 3 week contract on the crapest job ever, 14 hour days (including travel) and work is very knackering diet has all gone to pot have also come down with the flu

muscles were really starting feel deflated. forced myself to the gym yesterday and had a pretty good sesh which made me feel much better (i love the gym) but when i jumped on the scales i had lost a kilo of the 100kg i weighed in at last week normally i would have put a couple on (still, nearly 3 stone aint bad for a cycle eh?) i was starting to worry if it was safe to put on that much on so quckly?

i'm going to start doing 3 day split fri/sat/sunday till i start a better job
also where my last contract was on nights i hadent seen anyone for a couple of months so now when i go out everyone is in total shock at the size of me even my olds couldn't belive the change
and now strangers come up to me and say "my god your big" instead of just tall which at 6'7 i get all the time and bugs the hell out of me.

any grumble over i feel better already

3 stone in 1 cycle man ! ! ! i need to train at your gym ! know exactly where your comin from tho, where does train well, eat well n rest well come into a 14 hr day ? iv been there. dont 4get tho the most important part of a cycle is the end, the more focused u remain now the better gains you`ll get next time around. maybe 4 stone eh ! ! !

Have you lost any strength Sam?
I think I am on the same cycle as you were on (and same hours per day of work). Ive put on 2st in under 6 weeks so perhaps I can match you and make the 3st mark

I'm not too worried about losing weight its more muscle/strength I wanna keep as I could do with losing quite a bit from my gut
