Default odd exercises

some of the best excercises ive ever done i stumbled across someone else doing, the types of things that they sort of make up themselves. anybody have any of these exercises that they do that you have never seen others do? or any that you think havent been done in decades? lets hear it for the improv lifts.

i saw a picture of a wrestler once who was doing a bench press type movement whilst performing a back bridge.
he'd pulled the weight over from behind his head and it was a fairly heavy weight aswell.
good if you want a neck like a tree trunk.

ps dont try this at home


pps i do this sometimes with a olympic bar (no weights on it though)

sounds wierd, i sometimes flip my grip and do flat bench on a smith machine, it feels pretty good for chest and is fairly challenging as you cant lift nearly as heavy with an underhand grip in that position.

yeah its a specialist exersise not for bodybuilders. its sport specific for wrestling.
there are loads of other exersises that athletes perform that relate only to there sport. eg the use of medicine balls and plyometrics etc.

yeah sam, but you gotta start with a 45 on each side of the bar and move up like i do!

whats a cuban press...isnt that sourdough with meat thats grilledon both sides?! j/k really though, what is it.

Think they use Cuban presses to make cigars...

I do reverse grip bench press a lot my tp put me onto it I never thought it was odd, quite a few guys at my gym do them.

**** dumbell deadlift has to be the best exercise for the penis ,all though i have never seen it done by anyone else and dont intend to either

i can do about 55kg
