Default STOP/START TRAINING

Hello all, Feel like shit this morning, have had to make an appointment for doctors, coughing up green phlegm, and have no energy, its a pain in the arse as when i resumed training i felt obviously great, anyone else stop and start after a long layoff, or moreso do you feel that more time is needed before going back to training, all thoughts welcomed.

Hey Dave

Remember me?! Sorry to hear your off, how long you been unwell?

Theres a load of germs going round my gym at moment, lots of chest infections etc, one guy I train with has had it on and off for around 5 weeks, and he's really pissed off as his training is just like going through the motions at the moment, not quality training therefore no gains.

Sometimes you just need to give your body a break to get over it, I tend to train through it but accept i'm not gonna lift heavy/perform 100% until i feel 100%.

Hope you feel well soon mate

Gailx
