| Guest Posts: n/a | OUCH I've done this before! Does the pain feel like it is to the side of your spine on your neck? I had this during DB shoulder pressing in January. Couldn't move my head properly for days. Take some pain killers and take the week off the gym. It will be a while before you're right again so cut out the presses for 2 / 3 weeks. Did you get a loud "snap" sound when you did it? |

Tend to go to chiropractor on a regular basis now and she cracks me into position and I don't tend to get the problem so much. I recommend anyone who trains to a chiropractor, they are feking amazing! ______________________ Oh yes.........it WILL be mine! |
